We see patients by appointment only. Each practitioner schedules their own patients after briefly speaking with the patient about their issues. We are generally available weekdays between 8 am - 5 pm. Afterhours, weekends and holiday visits are only for established patients and have an after hours fee of an additional $100.00.

Insurance Accepted:
We do not accept any insurance. We provide a super bill containing all visit & evaluation codes. Please note, not all insurance companies cover our services. Contact us for more specific information about our services and insurance reimbursement.
Driving Directions:
We see patients in Gwinnett, Dekalb and Fulton counties and Dr. Hall travels to select locations in Walton and Cobb counties.
